AS A BROOKLYN NATIVE HUMBERTO LOPES HAS DEVELOPED COMMERCIAL, INDUSTRIAL AND RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES THROUGHOUT BROOKLYN, NEW YORK, FORT LAUDERDALE AND HOLLYWOOD FLORIDA.
Lopes is motivated by the promise he made to his father when he was 9 years old. He was determined to make his father proud. He started delivering and stocking groceries. He began his journey to real estate by working as a handyman. After his contracting business reached success, he had to wait till he was 19 years to buy his first building in Red Hook. Today he is a large property owner in Red Hook as well as a developer. He is the second largest Red Hook landowner. He has built the Red Hook initiative building plus much more residential and commercial properties.
Lopes is active in his community and giving back to his hometown.
He has donated to the Staten Island Zoo “critters corner”, many schools including Susan E Wagner, PS.18 in Staten Island, PS676 in Red Hook. Lopes has also invested and owns the property of Basis independent school.
